Pre-Covid-19 Pandemic, many of us were already living with daily stress. In our modern, western society we were suffering the side effects of a modern diet and struggling to find balance, many of us still are, although now we all have to deal with the life changing event and impact of Coronavirus. Stress and anxiety has swept across the entire globe. It is essential, NOW more than ever, that our wellbeing is at the forefront of our daily lives. There is much you can do to help yourself and others, but this requires action.
Into wellbeing has been developed to help us take a moment to pause, reflect, switch on our wise minds and become aware of how we are leading our lives. We are accountable for ourselves, no one else. Where are we at right now? How can we adapt to the changes around us?
Into Wellbeing is packed with worldwide research and useful tips and techniques, to help you calm the mind and make better decisions. As our diets are closely linked with health and mood, wellbeing cannot be tackled without the topic of nutrition. Similarly exercise and sleep are also major factors for good quality of life. This knowledge is shared through various coaching packages, from individual to corporate.
The global wellbeing movement has begun.

I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to study throughout my life. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in the fascinating subject of Psychology in 1998. I have applied useful aspects of this for my own personal development ever since.
As a graduate, I worked in an international corporate company as a Regional Business Manager, and although I will always be thankful for this opportunity, my heart was in teaching. After studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, I received my Qualified Teacher Status in 2003. My fifteen years of teaching provided me with a wealth of experience; personally and professionally.
During these years I had life changing events - as we all do - that tested my resilience. In contrast these challenges also gave me new opportunities to grow and develop as a person.
2013 was a life-changing year and perhaps my awakening. I was physically and mentally drained after several years of life changing events, some of which were devastating. A friend reached out and offered to give me energy therapy. I had not experienced anything quite like this and curiosity took hold of me. I wanted to know more. Since then I have been studying with amazing tutors from Healing Beyond Borders and have met some incredible people.
I not only understand, but feel within every cell of my body, that the foundation for helping yourself and others, is to look after the facets of your own wellbeing.
Nutrition is one such facet. I studied an AfN certified course in Nutrition and I am now a qualified Nutrition Advisor. I have also completed courses in Mindfulness and hold a Post Graduate Qualification in Mindful Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching.
I became a member of the Complimentary Therapists Association and in March 2019, Into Wellbeing was born.
I now share my knowledge and experience with you.
